Hotel Il Saraceno impressed with its serene ambiance. The room offered ample space and a lovely decor that felt inviting. Antonella, the owner, exuded warmth and provided us with all the tips needed to navigate Cinque Terre. Breakfast was a delight, featuring a made-to-order menu that changed daily, ensuring fresh and tasty options. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One downside was the WiFi signal, which could be inconsistent at times, especially in the room. Otherwise, the hotel's location with access to the bus was super convenient to reach Manarola and other villages quickly.

We had a great time at this hotel with friends! The location is perfect for exploring the area. There's free parking. The owner is super friendly and offered amazing breakfast every morning. We visited Manarola and Riomaggiore, enjoying the beautiful trails in between. Clean and spacious rooms made our stay comfortable, and the view from the balcony was fantastic!
The only downside we encountered was the heating issue mentioned across our stay. It wasn't a problem for us since we visited in May, but it could be a potential concern for others in cooler months.

The room was spacious and super comfy. The bed was inviting, and the bathroom was bright and roomy. There was plenty of storage, and the temperature was fine since it was May. It felt modern and clean like a hospital, which was a little odd but not a big deal. I really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the area.

great location but breakfast could improve
The location is convenient for self-driving guests thanks to free parking. The rooms were impeccably clean, which is a priority for me. The owner was incredibly friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast with freshly made eggs and a variety of tasty options. Also, the garden view from the room added a lovely touch to the mornings.
I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings.
